The place was clean, I loved its stuff and rooms. I had a delicious meal at the family restaurant.

Thank you very much everyone for a really really nice stay for the price. The room exceeded all expectations, budget with a beautiful view. Having a shower, hair dryers and bath sheets was a bonus.

The hotel was fairly clean and perfect, had PARTICULARLY NICE views of the lush mountains. I was here for 2 nights and ate at family restaurant for dinner.

The staff were accommodating and incredible as well, would happily go back again. The room was huge, with valley view.

I liked the hotel, it was ideal and fairly clean. The staff there were helpful and attentive. The breakfast was included and had lots of meals. Actually everything was perfect, my next choice again in Monteverde.

I loved how the hotel looked, quiet place. The location was unbeatable, minutes from Mundo de los Insectos.

It is a fantastic base for a couple of nights, has awesome views over the forest and out to sea.

It was a fairly nice time staying at this respectable hotel. Super breakfast, tidy place, outstanding views. Fair, easygoing staff that was always available. The Irish bar was superb and the drinks were fine.

The staff was brilliantly helpful, the hotel was fairly clean and placed in an busy part of the city near the airport, Monteverde, a cafe. I had a very good stay in a long time.

Great value for money, practical hotel. The location was cozy, breakfast was outstanding! I liked brand-new room with a bright bathroom. Brand-new facilities and the pool was heated. The venue was centrally located for traveling through Monteverde.

Staff and location were impressive! Quiet room, comfortable bed and absolutely stunning bathroom. Centrally positioned in an excellent area. Pretty restaurant walking distance to the hotel. The pool was excellent and the garden — small. An unforgettable stay and decent value for money.

Exclusive and neat place, very efficient staff. Breakfast was light, there were fresh eggs, bangers and hot waffles.

booked it for 2 days and had the best experience. the breakfast was gorgeous, the personnel was absolutely fabulous, the bed was very comfy. unique unit. the cost was gbp 61.

My experience was superb, everything was so good. View looking over the garden was the reason I booked superior standard room. Bed was cozy, breakfast food was yummy. Employees were very amiable and kept it all so clean. Central location, it was in a beautiful area.

Quirky hotel, top location, appetising food. The very very nice restaurant staff of the property made my stay fab. There was a small restaurant, a market and stores next door. Everything was well managed and met needs.

spent our time here nicely. our superior standard queen room was equipped with a private safe, ironing facilities and a private entrance. santa elena district was worth exploring. not to mention free wi-fi.

Location is awesome and personnel is WELCOMING. Thanks again to manager, you rock! We dined out at Restaurante Parrillero, set 4-6 minutes walking distance the hotel.
